It was 2023 when the call came in. Another would-be home seller who was interviewing real estate professionals, ultra cautious for who would help represent the sale of the biggest asset they'd ever owned, but to also help them find an ever bigger and more expensive home.

The problem was, the first time they had bought was a nightmare.

They had worked with an inexperienced agent, one they really trusted. Combined with getting some not so great advice, they were dooped into getting a mortgage that would cost them thousands of dollars more than they needed to pay by a big bank you'd surely recognize the name of.

We had had enough. There was a better way.
